Do I need to be fit to join a class?+

Not at all. Every class is scalable, so beginners and seasoned athletes train side by side. Kimberly coaches modifications for every movement so you work at your own level.

What should I bring to an outdoor session?+

Bring water, a workout towel or mat, and weather-appropriate clothing. We provide the equipment for group classes. Wear supportive shoes you can move in.

What happens if it rains?+

Sessions run in light rain, but if there's lightning or unsafe conditions we'll reschedule or move indoors. You'll get an email and a notification as early as possible.

How do I pay and can I cancel?+

You can book and pay securely online by card. You're able to cancel or reschedule from your member portal up to the cutoff time for each session.

Where are the classes held?+

Classes run at parks across South Edmonton, including Terwillegar Park and Jackie Parker Park. Each class listing shows the exact location with map links.

Do you offer one-on-one personal training?+

Yes. Private 1:1 coaching is built around your goals and schedule. Visit the Personal Training page to see options and request a session.
